We provide business support, management and mentorship to community based tourism projects. We also provide communities, donor organizations and development agencies a wide range of effective planning, monitoring and implementation support services.

One of our focal areas of work is that of responsible tourism - we can assist established tourism operators with tools, projects and plans to assist in reaching responsible tourism goals and directly involving neighboring communities in their business success.

Ecotourism also represents an ideal platform for corporates to meet their triple bottom line - environment, social and economic objectives. ETC... provides corporates with social responsibility project conceptualizing, planning, implimenting and monitoring.

Current projects include the Zululand Birding Route, a flagship sustainable development model for integrating socio-economic benefits with conservation benefits at a rural community level. ZBR supports over 25 tourism related community based SMMEs! Other Community related tourism projects include the Zululand Heritage Route and Linking the Western hemisphere Flyways (key migratory paths) through birding tourism in Mexico the United States and Canada!
